  The hubris of Barack Obama knows no bounds. In a Sixty Minutes interview he said that there were no scandals in his administration. Let's see, oh yes, that is if you omit Operation Fast and Furious in which Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress, Benghazi. in which four brave Americans died and the narrative was created out of thin air that they died because of an anti-Muslim video. This lie was pushed for months. They also died because Obama pushed the lie that al qaeda was dead after the death of Usama Bin Laden and sending  help to them might hurt his chances for re-election in 2012. The IRS targeting conservative organizations before the 2012 presidential election. The Department of Justice seizing Associated Press phone records. Phone and email records of Fox News reporter James Rosen were tapped. The General Services Administration was busted in 2012 for spending $823,000 on an extravagantly decadent conference in Las Vegas. Federal law was broken by the EPA in promoting a regulation. The EPA poisoned a Colorado river. Hillary's e-mail scandal. If Obama communicated with her under the use of a pseudonym and their email exchanges involved classified information he violated the Espionage Act.

 Obama lied to the American people about paying ransom to Iran for hostages and lied about the Iran treaty. The NSA conducted mass surveillance against American citizens without a warrant. A clear violation of the Fourth Amendment. Much of his stimulus money vanished without a trace and cannot be accounted for. Oh yes, Obamacare, remember the promise that you could keep your doctor if you wanted to. Obama rewrote and delayed the law often, cutting Congress out of the loop completely. There were 70 changes by 2016. If Obamacare had been enforced as written it would have ended on it's own after only two years. Obama's tampering with the law was blatantly illegal. The website that cost a billion dollars and another billion dollars that was spent to fix it after it crashed, The Bowe Bergdahl scandal. Soldiers died looking for a deserter who was treated like a hero by Obama. To top it off Obama released five dangerous terrorist captives to get him back. The Veterans Administration death list scandal. The term "crony capitalism" was popularized after the Solyndra scandal and finally barring aging veterans access to the WW2 Memorial. This was an attempt to make American's feel the pain over a partial government shutdown during a false budget fight with Congress.

  Obama was also delusional when he claimed in the interview that he had to take the blame for not doing a better PR job in promoting his agenda. He didn't have to promote it. His sycophants in the lap dog media and Hollywood were doing the job for him. Republican presidents don't have that privilege. Even with their attempts to sway the public, opinion polls consistently revealed that the American people were against everything that Obama was for. Obamacare, amnesty for illegals, the Iran nuke deal, the Obama foreign policy, same sex marriage, homosexuals in the military, the weakening of our military over eight years, our energy policies, transgender bathrooms, women in combat units and pretty much everything Obama and the Democrats were for. All of these things I have mentioned were forced down our throats by the Democratic congress from 2009 to 2011, Federal judges, the Supreme Court and Obama's pen. These policies led to the a Republican sweep in the House of Representatives in 2010 and a Republican sweep of the Senate in 2014. Finally the emergence and election of a non-politician called Donald Trump in 2016. This was the ultimate rejection of Obama's policies.

 It is laughable when Obama says that the Republican's stood in his way. We elected the Republican's in 2010 to stop Obama. They did nothing but give him everything he wanted. Their excuse was that they could do nothing until we gave them the Senate. Then they could stop him, they said. We gave them the Senate in 2014 and again they did nothing to stop him. Our frustration at the establishment Republican Congress led to the election of Donald Trump, who was supposedly the outsider and the antithesis of establishment Republican sellout politicians. The moral of this story is that so-called Hope and Change was forced on America. We didn't like and never wanted more of it. The bottom line is, and has always been, that leftists have to lie, deceive, and spin to get elected. They can't tell the truth because they would never win otherwise. When they are elected the means justifies the end to force their crap down our throats. By any means necessary even if it is illegal or immoral.The election of Donald Trump was the American people saying no to all of it. Whether Trump is liberal or not it was ultimately a triumph for conservatism and the American people.
