THE SOLID SOUTH GOES NATIONAL

 

 After the Civil War the Republican party tried to make inroads into the South in order to give the newly freed slave his share of political power. Civil rights was great but these rights meant nothing without the right to vote. That was always the battle for Blacks clear up to the modern civil rights movement of the early 1960's. The Democrats were determined that there would only be one party in the South and it would be the party of the White man. The KKK, like Antifa and BLM today, was the terror arm of the Democrat party. Blacks and Whites were terrorized into silence and scared away from the polls. Other things were done to deter voting such as poll taxes and tests that a Harvard professor would have trouble passing in order to vote. The South lost the Civil War on the battlefield but it won the peace. After the Compromise of 1877 Blacks and anyone who opposed them were at the mercy of White Democrat state and local governments throughout the South. This is why the South was called the Solid South for so many years. The South really didn't change until the 1994 congressional elections in which White Southerners began to vote Republican in large numbers. Primarily because of conservative issues such as the 2nd Amendment, abortion, religious freedom, national defense, law and order, low taxes, and maintaining traditional American values.

 The South suffered cultural stagnation, perpetual poverty, a below standard educational system and violence all because it was a one party region. Cities in the United States who have had a long history of Democrat leadership are for the most part cesspools. Nashville hasn't had a Republican mayor since Thomas A. Kercheval. He served three terms after the Civil War and left office in 1888. Nashville is an exciting and beautiful city with a ton of history and cultural diversity but Democrats have virtually run it into the ground financially due to waste and corruption. Before Covid 1984 Nashville was bringing in a ton of tax revenue from business interests, the music industry and tourism. Even before Covid Nashville was bankrupt. Covid has only exacerbated the problem. Mayor John "Chicken Coop" Cooper has imposed a 34% property tax on the citizens of Nashville without making any cuts in the city's budget. He is single handedly killing our bars, restaurants and tourism business with his silly Covid restrictions. Nashville has one of the worst education systems in the country and our crime rate is out of control. There are shootings in Nashville virtually every night. Our police are leaving in droves. Look at cities all over the country that have had Democrat mayors and city councils for decades or years and it is a similar story. These cities are dying. New York City might never come back. This goes for states like New York, California, Washington and Oregon where people are leaving in droves. They have been ruled by Democrat governors for far too long. As bad as Nashville is many of these people are moving here because they see it as a haven compared to where they have come from.

Tomorrows election is about whether or not the Solid South goes national. Or whether we all become California. A nation where there is no havens to run too when things get too bad. No Texas, Arizona, Idaho or Tennessee to escape to. There will only be refuge for the super rich behind their gated walls with loads of security. While the rest of us go broke and are rendered defenseless to crime we will lead the lives of those inner city people who are afraid to leave their homes because of the thugs that rule the streets. We will step over human excrement and drug needles just to go about our daily business. The Democrats will work night and day to destroy our Constitution, our economy, and establish a one party totalitarian state. A country where they will attempt to gain control over every aspect of our lives. A country where good citizens and patriots like myself are forced to become outlaws in order to resist tyranny. A country where our welfare and very lives will depend on the goodwill of government. Good luck with that.  The Democrats do not care about Blacks, women, Hispanics, homosexuals, transsexuals or anyone else. They only care about power. If the Harris-Biden ticket wins these minorities will eventually come realize too late that they were pawns in a power grab that has nothing to do with them. It is about a global economy and the financial welfare of it's chief proponents.
