OH HAPPY DAY

June 24th 2022 was a glorious day for those of us who value life. The Supreme Court followed the Constitution for a change. They invoked the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. The "Death Party", aka the Democrat party, however; will leave no stone unturned to circumvent the Constitution. The legal process is really quite simple. Any power not granted to the Federal government belongs to the states. There is no evidence that abortion was on the Founding Fathers minds when they wrote the Constitution and a womans so called right of privacy was never mentioned in the Constitution. This bogus right was the basis for Roe vs. Wade. A right manufactured by seven out of nine MALES that sat on the 1973 Supreme Court. Ignoring logic, the law and morality they would eventually give women the right to abortion through all 9 months of pregnancy.

If the death party had wanted to do things the right way they would have gone to the individual states lobbying the people and their state representatives in order to convince them with their arguments for abortion.The individual state governments could then enact legislation legalizing abortion if they could convince enough voters. Or the death party could have worked for the passage of an amendment to the Constitution legalizing abortion. They wouldn't do these things because the process requires too much effort. Besides, the people in most states were against abortion at the time and the death party would have had their work cut out for them. So what did they do? What they always do. They took the illegitimate route of skirting the Constitution. Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit in Federal court but the Supreme Court should have thrown the case out. Instead 7 men comprising an activist Supreme Court concocted a terrible ruling called, Roe vs. Wade. A ruling as bad as, or possibly even worse than the Dred Scott decision of 1857. The court violated Article 1 of the Constitution by legislating from the bench rather than allowing Congress or the state legislatures to do their job. The result of their not following the Constitution has resulted in the deaths of over 60 million people. To put this in perspective the total number of people killed in WW2 has been estimated to be 60 million.

Although, I do not believe that the Supreme Court should have the power that it exercises on a regular basis today I feel that God had a say so on this one. If Hillary Clinton had won in 2016 instead of Trump she would have been able to appoint 3 Communist judges to the court. Trump won instead and 3 justices, who for the most part support the Constitution, were appointed instead. Biden's theft of the 2020 election and his presidency has been a major assault on democracy in this country but if it wasn't for some of the red states, the court, Joe Manchin, Kirsten Sinema, and the 2nd Amendment, America would already be a Fascist totalitarian state more like China, Canada, Australia and Venezuala just to name a few. Although America is still in grave danger there may be some light at the end of the tunnel if we can get a conservative Congress elected in November and hopefully win back the White House in 2024. John Adams said that facts are a stubborn thing. They are stubborn things with people who care about facts but for the Communists facts only get in the way of their agenda. So they, and their dupes, ignore them or discard them altogether. Here are the facts for those readers who care about them.

Fact- The death party is comprised of hypocrites and lunatics. They have always screamed my body, my choice. This only applies in two areas for a woman, however. When it comes to abortion and joining the Democrat party. Women don't get a choice when it comes to protecting their body from an experimental covid vaccine. They are summarily fired from their jobs and careers if they don't take the jab. Choice is bad if a woman wants to defend herself or her family with a gun. The death party hates it when women vote Conservative or Republican and serve in elected office as a Conservative. When that happens they are no better than a slut or a whore. If a woman decides to stay home and raise her children, or if she home schools her children that doesn't fit the narrative.

Fact- The women of the death party scream that men have no right to have an opinion on abortion but that didn't stop them from allowing 7 men to declare abortion legal in 1973. Five men and 1 woman gave the abortion issue back to the states and the people where it belongs but they see it as an assault on democracy. Funny but the Communists can't even define what a woman is and they are so crazy that they now claim that a man can have a baby. Okay, I will play your silly game. I guess that gives me the moral legitimacy to argue against abortion since men can now have babies.

Fact- The death party screams that a woman should always be believed when it comes to sexual molestation and harassment. Again, that is only true when Democrat women are harassed by Conservative or Republican men. It doesn't count when Democrats like Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton or Joe Biden are doing the molesting, raping, and harassing.

FACT: The ultrasound has proven the early feminists wrong when they said that the fetus was nothing but a clump of cells and tissue. A baby has a heartbeat as early as 5 to 6 weeks and has a fully developed heart by the 10th week. Abortion stops a beating heart. Upon conception, unless mother nature aborts the child, which is called a miscarriage, a person will result unless humans do something to halt the process.

FACT: Members of the death party argue that if we banned abortions women who might die in birth, or are victims of incest or rape will be forced to have babies that they don't want. What they don't tell you is that this only makes up one tenth of one percent of abortions. This is a diversion from the real argument. Most abortions are for convenience, or used to replace birth control. The majority of people who identify themselves as pro-choice are for some restrictions on abortion when pressed. Polls show that on average at least 80% or more of people polled are against abortion through all 9 months of pregnancy. If the truth be known, more men are in favor of abortion than women because they have their fun but are not responsible enough, or brave enough to hold themselves accountable and take on the responsibilities of fatherhood.

FACT: Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood was and is racist. Sanger was an avowed racist and eugenicist. She believed in the same racial theories as Hitler. Sanger wanted to exterminate the black race and other undesirable races along with mentally challenged people. It is no accident that most abortion clinics are in urban or black neighborhoods. Over 20 million black children have been aborted since 1973, which is a third of all babies aborted. More black babies are aborted than are born in New York City. Sanger said “We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” Margaret Sanger’s December 19, 1939 letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble. FACT: When the death party enslaved blacks during the 1800's slaves were not seen as human. Some in the death party even argued that blacks didn't have souls. When Jefferson said that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights it followed that the death party could not classify blacks as human. If they were human the death party had no legal or moral justification for enslaving them. Before you can enslave or kill another human being they must be dehumanized. This is what Hitler did to the Jews. German propaganda classified them as rats and other vermin. This is what the death party had to do in order to justify the mass slaughter of babies. They were classified as clumps of tissue or fetuses. The death party doesn't even bother to use these terms today in many cases. They are openly calling for the death of babies since the reversal of Roe vs.Wade.

In conclusion the abortion issue has touched my family personally. A doctor wanted my daughter to abort my granddaughter Courtney because he thought she was too young to have a baby. She was too young but that could never justify the death of our granddaughter. My wife and I had the honor of raising her and walking her down the aisle in May 2012. She has since bore us two healthy grandchildren named Baylee and Maddox. Then there was my grandson Zachary who was born premature, weighing just over three pounds. Zachary had a cyst that was growing in his lung which was discovered early in my daughter-in-laws pregnancy. Doctors wanted to abort him several times but my daughter-in-law and son refused. Zachary is a tall healthy young man in his late 20's today. Finally, there is Russell. It was discovered early in my youngest daughters pregnancy that Russell had spinabifida. It was unknown at the time how severe his condition would be. The doctor suggested abortion. By the grace of God Russell was born and I cannot put into words the impact that that little boy has had on our lives and everyone he meets. Russell is a special child and this world is enriched by his presence. What separates the pro-life side from the pro death side? The answer can be found in Proverbs chapter 8 verses 35 and 36. For those who find me find life and receive favor from the LORD.

But those who fail to find me harm themselves; all who hate me love death.”
