TO STEAL, KILL, AND DESTROY
A few days ago I was listening to the Fox Business channel and Stuart Varney was interviewing a guest. They were talking about how retail stores and chains were moving out of large cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago because of rampant theft. Not only are retail businesses leaving but much of the population of these cities are also leaving. This is pretty much true in every large city with a Fascist Democrat controlled government. Combine this with the homeless camping on the sidewalks, the human feces and urine, open drug use and discarded hypodermic needles everywhere. Murders and crime of every sort are also up and people no longer feel safe in these cities. That is why we are seeing our population explode in free states like Tennessee, Texas, and Florida along with many others. All of the bad things happening is being done on purpose. There is a concerted effort by the Communists to destroy these cities and by extension the United States of America. Their goal is to eventually fulfill their dream of destroying capitalism and establishing a socialist utopia.
This rise of theft and crime in the slave states is also affecting us here in free states. Thieves are becoming much more brazen. I saw this as a security Officer at Stones River Town Centre in Murfreesboro Tennessee where I worked as security officer for 13 years. One thing that Tennessee did a few years ago that I don't like is that a thief has to steal a thousand dollars worth of merchandise now before they can be charged with a felony. For many years it was five hundred dollars. I would like to see the law changed back to five hundred dollars or even less. Even if the police are lucky enough to arrest thieves or if they can even be identified. It is safe to say that probably 90% of the thieves at our mall got away scott free. One thing that I learned early on as a mall security officer is that all the stars, sun and the moon have to be in perfect alignment in order to catch and arrest a thief. If I had the same arrest powers as a police officer the percentage of arrests would have been much higher but a security officer only has the right to make a citizens arrest. This is the same right as the average citizen has. As an unarmed security officer that was out of the question for me personally. Additionally, in order to make a citizens arrest you have to actually witness that person commiting the theft and that is extremely rare. Plus a police officer told me that it has to be a felony theft. How would you know that the merchandise is valued at 1,000 dollars or more? Usually after a theft we are taking the clerk, or managers word that they witnessed the theft. Without solid proof in court that could be classified as hearsay. Under our security protocol we were not allowed to detain anyone or even confront them about theft. All we could do was follow them and hope to get a description of the thief, or thieves, the type of vehicle they were driving if any, and a license number. All the while doing this from a safe distance so as not to get shot or run over by them. A deputy sheriff that worked for us was run over twice by two different thieves while trying to arrest them. Luckily he was not injured either time.
Deterrence is the best option when it comes to stopping thieves. Although thieves could theoretically pick merchandise up off the shelf, or hanger, and walk right out of the store with it while we watched about 99% of thieves will not do that if a uniformed security officer is present. At least not in the free states. They don't care in the slave states because they are not afraid of the law. If I got a call from a store that there was someone shoplifting, or they were displaying signs of being a potential shoplifter when I walked into the store I tried to avoid looking at the suspect. I was more interested in them seeing me than I was in me seeing them. You could usually tell the guilty party because their reactions gave them away. They would act guilty and leave immediately after I arrived. Sometimes if they had concealed something on their person, or in a purse or a bag they would abandon the stolen items somewhere in the store and leave. Other times they would try to wait you out, hoping that you will get frustrated and leave. When Victoria Secret was in our mall there would be teams of thieves that would do snatch and grabs. Although Victoria Secret's corporate p0licy was not to call security the employees were good at recognizing the thieves when they walked into the store. VS employees would call us but we were asked not to come into the store so they wouldn't get into trouble. When I got a call I would just stand outside the entrance where the thieves could see me. They would usually get real mad and walk out of the store cussing under their breath. Another dead giveaway was when I walked into a store a black thief many times would pull out the race card. They would say things like you're only here because I am black. When they did this I would usually ignore them but one day I used the Denzel Washington line. I told them that I don't dance unless I hear music. We didn't come to a store unless we were called first by store personnel. The only exception to this rule was when we noticed a repeat shoplifter that we recognized and then we would shadow them wherever they went. Or we saw people walk into the mall with empty shopping bags or shopping bags from stores that weren't in the mall. We named one notorious repeat shoplifter "Gold Tooth". She was a heavyset black female that always wore hospital scrubs. She had a prominent gold front tooth. She was very good at stealing. Many managers would get mad at us because we didn't stop thieves after leaving their store. We just couldn't make them understand that we weren't allowed to do that. I tried to stress to them the importance of calling us before they left the store. If they waited until they left the store there was very little we could do after that. The best security is when the store staff, security and law enforcement are all working in sync. If the store staff is alert and calls security in a timely manner then 99% of the time our presence in the store will stop the theft. Or at least stop them from stealing any more merchandise than they have already concealed. Under Tennessee State law If you concealed merchandise while still in the store you can still be charged with theft. If they left the store with merchandise and we were fortunate enough to have a policeman working off duty in the mall they could catch them before they left the property. Very rarely, if we called the Murfreesboro police Department they would get to the mall quickly enough to make an arrest but this didn't happen that often. This is what I mean by all the stars, sun and moon being in perfect alignment.
Thieves steal for various reasons. There is the kid who walks into a store like Claires or Spencer's and takes some trinket or item that they want for their own personal use. We once had a kid run over a Deputy Sheriff with their truck trying to steal a 14 dollar sex toy from Spencer's. Then there were the kleptomaniacs who had an addiction to stealing. I have seen some of the most unlikely people stealing. You definitely can't judge a book by it's cover. An incident that comes to mind was an attractive woman in her thirties who tried to leave the mall wearing clothes stolen from Buckle under her sweatsuit. Store personnel followed her to the women's restroom trying to get their clothes back. In the meantime I called the police. The Buckle manager told her that all they wanted from her was the merchandise and if she gave it back they wouldn't prosecute. She refused to return the clothes and walked out of the restroom toward her car that was parked near the food court entrance. The woman reached her late model Lexus just before a police car blocked her in. If she had hadn't wasted time in the restroom she might have gotten away. The lady refused to comply with the officer when he asked her to get out of the car. She told him that she couldn't go to jail because she had children. When the officer threatened to break her window and drag her out of the car she finally complied. She was perp walked in handcuffs back to the store. This woman worked at Bridgestone and her husband worked at Nissan which were both good paying jobs. Then there are some professional theft rings who have people who will come into the store ahead of time and strategically place the things to be stolen and another team will come in behind them and steal the merchandise. There are the mules, or get away driver's. The stolen items are then given to a fence or a person who sells the stuff and everyone gets their cut. There are also decoys. I received a call one time that a man was acting suspiciously in a store so I followed him around. He would walk around the store placing articles of clothing over his arm as if he were going to pay for them and the whole time he would be talking on the phone. After a while he would carefully replace all the items back on the shelf without buying anything and leave the store. He would then head to a different store where he would repeat the process of acting like he was going to buy something and then put it all back. After about the third store it dawned on me that he was a decoy. He was on the phone with the real thieves letting them know where I was. By the time I figured out what was happening they had already hit several stores and were long gone.
Thieves would use such things as booster bags. A booster bag was made out of duct tape that could be placed inside of a shopping bag. This was to keep the merchandise sensors from activating when the thief left the store with stolen goods. We confiscated several of these over the years. Or they would use a screwdriver like tool to pop sensors off in the store. Once I was called to Binks Outfitters because a woman had stolen several children's jackets. I called our off duty police officer on the radio and we arrived on scene at the same time. The Bink's manager met us outside the store and pointed to the Versona store next door. This woman had walked into Versona and was at the far side of the store. I asked the manager if he wanted to confront her about his jackets and he said yes. As soon as she saw us she immediately denied stealing anything before the manager even said anything to her. She was carrying about four or five shopping bags and tried to avoid us. The manager wanted to check her bags and she kept refusing to let him look in them. Finally she set them down on the ground and opened the bag with the jackets saying look the jackets aren't in here but she would shut the bag before the manager could get a good look. She then picked up the bags and walked outside with the three of us following her. She tried the same routine again but the manager was able to grab the jackets before she could close the bag. Upon seeing this our police officer had enough probable cause to arrest her. When he tried to cuff her she began fighting like a wildcat. It was at night and they ended up between two parked cars where the police officers movements were restricted because he was a big man. She was kicking him in the groin and every part of his body she could reach. He was able to call for back-up but was getting winded and I thought that she might get away from him. When she turned her back to me I grabbed her in a bear hug so she couldn't move her arms. He was finally able to get the cuffs on her as his back-up arrived on scene. She had a booster bag in one of her shopping bags which I have a picture of. One of the funniest thefts I saw were two heavyset women that were arrested for stealing in Hibbits Sports. Our off duty police officer made them give back some of the stolen items that they hid in their clothing. After we walked them to the officers police car while our backs were turned they threw more clothes down on the ground trying to hide them. I spotted the clothes out of the corner of my eye and told the officer. The largest of the ladies had an outstanding warrant so she was arrested. Ordinarily for a misdemeanor they were just cited and released until the court date. When the lady was later checked thoroughly at the Rutherford County jail they found stolen items tucked up under her breasts. One man in another situation had stolen credit cards stuffed in the crack of his butt.

There were some stores like Spencer's, Claire's, and Hot Topic where the thieves seemed to be mostly young white people. Then there were stores like Finish Line and Hibbits Sports that the thieves were mostly black. Stores like J.C. Penny, Dillards, and Electronic Express were a mixture of whites, blacks and Hispanics of all ages. We were hit quite often by counterfeiters passing fake money. A store would usually call us when someone tried to pass a fake bill. Many of the clerks were pretty good at spotting them and wouldn't accept them but they would let us know when they were on the property. We managed to catch a a few of them. Once, when we had a police officer on duty he arrested a counterfeiter wanted in three states with the help of two of our officers when he tried to resist arrest. On another occasion I was able to have one arrested myself. Many times a driver would drop them off and pick them up when they were ready to leave or things were getting too hot for them. I was following a counterfeiter around the mall and as soon as he realized I was following him he went into a restroom and flushed what remaining fake bills he had down the toilet. The police were on their way but I was afraid that he would get away before they got to the mall. Unless you called 911 it could take anywhere from five to thirty minutes or longer for them to arrive on scene. He walked outside but his ride never showed up. Luckily the police arrived in time and arrested him. They told me that the reason that he didn't get away was that his cellphone battery died and he couldn't call his get away driver. Some stores prosecuted thieves to the full extent of the law and some wouldn't prosecute. Stores like Bath and Body weren't even allowed to call security if they thought they had a thief in the store or a theft had occurred. In the months before I left the mall they were getting hit repeatedly by several woman who would come and pack as much product as they could carry in bags and just walk out. We were determined to deter them even though Bath and Body would not let us know they were there. On several occasions we would see them come in and they wouldn't try anything when they knew we were watching them. Most of the time, however; they would get away with thousands of dollars in product.
I know that governments will probably not do anything to crack down on the current epidemic of theft but it could be stopped if we had the will to do it. It is costing the retail industry billions of dollars every year which is passed on to us the consumer. Call it a theft tax. This is on top of the inflation that is caused by government spending and high energy prices caused by the governments sham climate change policies. Theft is especially hitting the slave states hard because of left wing governments and George Soros funded district attorneys and state attorney generals. Besides causing the rest of us higher prices for goods theft is getting so bad in cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City that retailers like Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and others are fleeing from them. Making it especially hard on the lower socioeconomic classes living in these areas. Many areas are becoming ghost towns as far as retail goes. Much of the theft is nothing but looting when mobs descend on stores or groups of thieves take armloads of merchandise at a time. Of course the Marxist/Fascists in the Democrat party are getting exactly what they want. The gradual erosion of American culture which will lead to the collapse of capitalism. These are extreme times requiring extreme measures. Punishment should be as quick and severe as touching a hot stove. Misdemeanor theft should come with mandatory heavy fines and jail time. There should be a three strikes and your out law which would result in at least a fifteen year sentence. Felony theft should be an automatic twenty year sentence. We know that long prison sentences work because this is why many mobsters turned snitch on other mobsters to avoid long prison sentences. In years past during times of unrest during a riot or natural disaster the police and military were given orders to shoot looters on the spot. If we could do this to these mob looters or snatch and grab artists this form of theft would stop. We know that strict law enforcement works because there are numerous examples of where it has worked in the past. As long as the Marxist/Fascists have power it will never happen, however. With true deterrence there would be fewer people in prisons because people would quit stealing and if just a few looters were shot this would send the message that play time is over. When Republican mayor Rudy Giuliani of New York city arrested the petty criminals overall crime was drastically reduced. This was because the petty criminals were also committing the bulk of felony crimes. We should never forget that criminals make up a fraction of the American population but we allow such a small group to terrorize the good citizens of this country. In my view that is a sin that we must deal with and should be right up there as one of the top campaign issues for 2024. Historically it has been a winning issue every time. As Jesus said the thief comes to kill, steal and destroy. They are not only stealing from us but they are killing many of us in the process. Theft is also destroying us as a nation. The master thief is Satan and he is behind it all. Jesus has already defeated satan and he will be cast into the Lake of Fire along with all of his followers. With the right thinking and the power of prayer we can defeat Satan here in America. Hopefully it is not too late.
