VENGEANCE OR JUSTICE

Never get vengeance and justice mixed up - Robert Spencer

Our greatest enemies, the ones we must fight most often, are within. Thomas Paine

Definition of vengeance: Punishment inflicted or retribution exacted for an injury or wrong.

Definition of justice: The quality of being just, impartial, or fair. the maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments.

On April 12, 1861 the Democrat party of South Carolina began an armed insurrection by attacking Union forces in Fort Sumter. By June of 1861 ten more Southern Democrat states would join this armed insurrection which would come to be called the American Civil War. This insurrection would claim the lives of 750,000 American soldiers on both sides. By contrast January 6th, which was a protest that got out of control, claimed the lives of four people. They all died resulting from injuries caused by the Washington DC police or Capital Hill police. Many Democrats and Republicans compared January 6th with the American Civil War. I will simply let the facts speak for themselves and you are welcome to drink the Kool-Aid or actually use logic. When the Democrat insurrection was finally being vanquished in the Spring of 1865 Lincoln was prepared to reunite the country. His focus was not on vengeance, although he had every right to be vengeful toward the Democrat elites who caused this war. His focus was on forgiveness. Something he learned as a boy studying the Bible and his study of it as an adult. Lincoln could have given a speech flanked by Marines with a red backdrop warning people about those dangerous Southern Democrats who although defeated still posed a danger to the rest of the country along with their many followers. Instead Lincoln told Grant and Sherman to "let em up easy" and in his 2nd inaugural address he said that he wanted " Malice toward none". Lincoln told his generals that he didn't want Jefferson Davis, Confederate government officials, or their top generals like Lee to be hanged for treason. His primary hope was that they would simply leave the country. You know, like certain Hollywood actors have threatened to do if Trump is elected. Lincoln's Reconstruction plan never had a chance to work because a Democrat named John Wilkes Booth shot him on April 14, 1865.

I believe that Lincoln was the only man capable of pulling off a successful reconstruction of the South. Andrew Johnson was a Democrat and Lincoln's successor. He was typical in many ways of those Democrats who remained loyal to the Union. Although a Southerner, he was against the insurrection because he thought that it was unconstitutional. He was no friend to slaveowners because he thought that as a class they were elitist snobs who looked down on him because he was born into poverty. He was a racist, however; and no friend to the former slaves. He would rather see the former disloyal white Democrats in control of the South rather than to see blacks in any position of power. Johnson wanted one party white rule in the South and the Democrats were the party of the white man. His leniency of the former disloyal Democrats enraged the Republican dominated Congress. Johnson's leniency would lead to his impeachment. As far as the loyal Northern Democrats were concerned they did not split with their Southern counterparts over whether or not slavery should spread to the territories or if slavery should even be legal. They simply believed in Stephen Douglas's idea of popular sovereignty. In other words the citizens of the territories should have the right to vote slavery in or out. The Southern Democrats wanted to go back to the terms of the Missouri Compromise which meant any state formed below the 36th parallel would automatically be a slave state and any new states above it would be a free state. This meant that most of the territory acquired by our victory in the Mexican War would become slave states. Most Northern Democrats believed, like Johnson, that the Southern Democrat insurrection was unconstitutional but unlike Johnson they sympathized with the Democrat slaveowners in both the North and South. This is one reason Robert E. Lee invaded the North in 1862. He hoped to win a decisive victory on Northern territory which would cause the Democrats to regain control of Congress and pressure Lincoln into a armistice which would end the war leaving slavery intact. Lee also hoped that a victory might lure England or France into forming an alliance with the Democrat South.

Luckily Union forces defeated Lee at Antietam in 1862. Some Northern Democrats were so devoted to undermining the Union war effort, however; that their actions were traitorous. They were rightly called Copperheads. After Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation the Southern Democrats hopes were dashed of an alliance with Britain or France but the they never lost hope in the Northern Democrats bringing about an Armistice that would allow them to gain their independence and to keep their slaves. This was what the 1864 presidential election was all about. Former General George McClellan was the Northern Democrat peace candidate that would negotiate an end to the war favorable to the Southern Democrats. Sherman's capture of Atlanta in September 1864, just before the presidential election, pretty much guaranteed that Lincoln would win and the country would finally overcome the sin of slavery. In spite of all the strife and destruction caused by both wings of the Democrat party it is amazing to me that we had a leader like Lincoln who was willing to forgive. This is not to say that there were not brave Democrat patriots who were killed and wounded fighting the Southern Democrats but as usual the leaders of the Northern Democrat party were out of step when it came to what was good for the country. At least some of them loved the country and the Constitution. It is hard to find a Democrat leader today who can say that.

When Andrew Johnson implemented his soft policies regarding the former Confederates Congress was not in session. He allowed certain Confederate officials to take the oath of allegiance and return to Congress. In addition the South needed laborers but after the slaves were freed there was nobody to do the hard work on the remaining plantations and farms that weren't destroyed during the war. Southern Democrat state governments passed Black Codes that forced blacks to work against their will or go to jail. The Republican Congress was rightly enraged and said not no, but hell no, this will not stand. The Republican's then passed the Reconstruction Act of 1867. This enabled black Republican's to run for political office in the South. For roughly ten years after this law was passed blacks enjoyed some progress. Many were elected to Congress and the Senate as Republicans. The Republican Congress set up five military zones in the South to protect the former slaves and to enforce the laws protecting the freedman. In 1868 the Republicans passed the 14th Amendment giving them full civil rights and in 1870 the they passed the 15th Amendment granting the freedman the right to vote. Democrats were dead set against having a Republican party in the South because this meant blacks could be elected to office and the Democrats wanted only whites in power. They used the Ku Klux Klan to terrorize black and white Republicans in order to scare them away from voting or becoming politically active. These were the BLM and Antifa of that day. Many Republicans of both races were lynched, whipped and tortured. President Grant, a Republican, declared war on the Klan that was effective in stopping their activities but by the mid 1870's Democrats could see that they were winning the fight to keep the South white and free of the Republicans.

The Republican North was becoming war weary. They had fought a devastating hot war to defeat the Democrats and now they were fighting a cold war to keep them from restoring a second slave system in the South. The Civil War nearly bankrupted the Northern government and now they were spending a lot of money and resources to keep troops in the South. Not counting time and effort being expended. The election of 1876 was extremely close between Republican Rutherford B. Hayes and Democrat Samuel Tilden. Tilden won the popular vote but fell short on the electoral count by one vote. Three Southern states cut a deal with the Hayes campaign. These Democrats offered to throw their electoral votes to Hayes, which would give him the victory if he agreed to pull Union troops out of the South and end Reconstruction. This was called the Compromise of 1877 but I call it the Sellout of 1877 because by returning power to the Democrat party in the South blacks were left at their mercy for the next 100 years. All the progress made since the end of the Civil War until 1877 was for naught. It is funny to me that during this period Republicans who were trying to do the right thing and uphold the Constitution, and the rule of law, were branded as Radical Republicans. The Democrats do the same thing today. Republicans and Conservatives who are simply trying to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law are called radicals, or MAGA extremists.

The Southern Democrats lost the Civil War but they won the peace. On top of that their version of Civil War history and the history of Reconstruction was accepted nationwide. Movies based upon the Lost Cause Myth such as Birth Of A Nation and Gone With The Wind were very popular. Only in recent years has the Lost Cause Myth been challenged to any great degree. There is no doubt that many Republicans were seeking vengeance toward the defeated Southern Democrats after the war. If it was up to many in the Republican party most high ranking Southern generals like Lee and government officials like Jefferson Davis would have been hanged or imprisoned after the war. Davis was imprisoned for two years at Fort Monroe in Virginia. At first Davis was reviled not only in the North but the South. Over time he became a sympathetic figure and influential Northerners were responsible for having him released from prison. Although vengeance was a partial motive the Republicans were also seeking justice for the former slaves. With the Compromise of 1877 the hope of justice for blacks disappeared until the passage of the Brown vs.the Board of Education Supreme Court ruling in 1954 led by Republican Chief Justice Earl Warren and the 1957, 1960, 1964 and 1965 civil rights acts which would not have been possible without the Republican party.

Much has been said in the regime press about Trump seeking revenge against the Fascist Democrats if he is elected president but everything they have said so far about him has been a lie. When Trump mentioned that there would be an economic bloodbath regarding China trying to sell their EV's in America in a speech they immediately accused him of wanting a real bloodbath in America and ran with this lie for weeks. Before that he jokingly said that he would be a dictator on day one of his administration signing executive orders shutting down the border. The regime press then accused him of wanting to be a dictator. A few days ago he was asked the question by Sean Hannity if he would take revenge for the many wrongs done to him by the Fascists if he is elected president. He said that the cycle of going after your political enemies has to stop. At least that is how I interpreted his remarks. The next day the regime press lied and said that he wanted revenge. One media idiot even mentioned that he wanted firing squads. The Fascist Democrats are fearful of revenge because they know that they are deserving of it. They know they are guilty of terrible crimes against Donald Trump and his followers. Now that he has a good chance of being president they are fearful. Their rhetoric reminds me of the Southern Democrat slaveowners who were horrified at the thought of freedom for their slaves. They knew how horrible slavery was and how they had treated them. The freedman had every right to seek vengeance on them. There had been a few bloody slave rebellions like the Nat Turner Rebellion and others but for the most part blacks were Christian. They believed what Jesus had said about forgiving their enemies and not seeking vengeance. Republican's and Conservatives are the most religious and law abiding group in America today. We are also the most forgiving but the Fascist Democrat regime has placed us on the terrorist watch list while the real terrorists, Antifa, BLM and George Soros walk free. In my view the Democrat party is the largest domestic terrorist group in America.

On a personal note I do not want vengeance. I do want justice, however. We are facing a different set of challenges than what the Republican's were facing in 1865. They were in power and trying to figure out how to deal with a defeated enemy. The Republican's for right now are virtually out of power except for hanging on to a very slim majority in the House of Representatives. The Democrats are far far from a defeated enemy and could be on the verge of controlling everything if we lose. They could then be very close to establishing a dictatorship or oligarchy. This could be done by packing  the Supreme Court, getting rid of the electoral college, granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens and giving them the right to vote. Which is the real purpose of opening our borders to this invasion. Also, making Washington DC a state.  If we win by taking back the presidency as well as both houses of Congress then I want justice to be administered. The first priority should be on fixing the damage caused by this regime. Locking down our borders. Deporting all illegal aliens and shutting down the social welfare magnet that is drawing them here. Slowing inflation, which means slowing government spending, tax cuts, deregulation and making America energy independent again. Purging the deep state, fixing our military by ending wokeness and making our military great again. Reestablishing the Trump trade policies and foreign policy. These are just a few of the things that we should be primarily focused on.

As far as justice is concerned any crimes committed by the Fascist Democrats that a statute of limitations hasn't run out on we should prosecute. For example it is great that Hunter Biden was prosecuted on felony gun charges and was convicted of them but we all know that he will probably receive a light sentence and we know that contrary to what Joseph (Stalin) Biden has said he is going to pardon Hunter after the election. Besides, this case is the lesser of the crimes that he and the Biden crime family have committed. The family got rich off of influence peddling with the Chinese and many other countries. The "Big Guy", "Jim Crow" Joe got ten percent of everything. After Biden leaves office these crimes should be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted. The same should be done for any crimes that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama can be prosecuted for. Murder has no statute of limitations and Obama should be prosecuted for his Fast and Furious scandal that led to the death of a US Border Patrol agent. I don't want vengeance, I just want justice. Our side should not have to conjure up a fake crime to get someone like they did with Trump. There are plenty of real crimes that we should be able to prosecute. A friend of mine made a very good point. This is one way Trump could get rid of the deep state hierarchy within the FBI, CIA, NSA, and all government agencies. I am sure all of them have probably committed crimes and at the very least they have perjured themselves at some point. Trump could just threaten them with prosecution if they don't step down.

No matter what happens in the coming months the Fascists will never stop their evil plotting and planning. We are dealing with an evil unlike anything that the world has ever known. I say that because if it wasn't for our Constitution, our Federalist system, our 2nd Amendment, the Supreme Court, and patriotic everyday American citizens I believe that these people are as capable of a genocide even worse than that of Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedung. Most Fascist globalist elites say overpopulation is one of the greatest impediments to globalism. This philosophy puts you and I in danger. Of course they are not talking about starting with themselves. They think that they are so smart the movement can't do without them. I fear for the life of President Trump if all of this lawfare and resistance that he is receiving from the Fascist's doesn't stop him from winning the presidency they will kill him. There is a God in heaven though and if they don't receive justice now, they will later. Not only God's justice but his vengeance.

Romans 12:19- Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

Isaiah 61:8- For I the Lord love justice; I hate robbery and wrong; I will faithfully give them their recompense, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
