 The 1619 Project was launched by professor Nicole Hannah-Jones in 2019 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of slaves landing on this continent at Jamestown Virginia. It was strongly promoted by the New York Times and won the Pulitzer Prize for commentary in 2020. Like everything else the left, and satan, the father of all lies promotes, it is based on a lie. It's thesis is that the United States was founded in 1619 when the first slaves were brought to America. The only problem with this view of things is that Jamestown was an English colony. The United States wasn't created until July 4th 1776 when we declared our independence from England. According to the 1619 Project the only reason that we rebelled against England was to protect slavery from being abolished.    For as long as I can remember I have heard people ask the question, how could a nation like Germany allow themselves to follow a mad man like Adolph Hitler. How could a nation that produced so many great minds and such a rich culture fall prey to such a monstrous evil as the Holocaust?  This country is in a fight for it's life. It has been for many years now. Each election cycle has pushed us closer and closer to the point of no return. I am not only talking about presidential elections but congressional, state elections, city elections, judicial elections and all the way down to school board elections. Constitutional conservative candidates have lost far too many of these elections or havn't even tried to run for office. Far too many states and cities have been lost to the Fascist Democrat party. Jason Aldean is taking a lot of heat right now for his new song (Try That In A Small Town). Patriots of all ethnicities understand what the the song is trying to say. Howard Unruh being arrested  I was 16 on August 1, 1966 when Charles Whitman climbed to the top of a tower on the University of Texas campus in Austin Texas and began shooting people. Before he was stopped he killed 11 people and wounded 31. Ultimately 5 more people would die of their injuries, the last one dying 35 years after the shooting. Since Charles Whitman there have been numerous mass shootings. Now they seem to happen almost every week. They all seem to have the same characteristics in common.  I was terminated from my job at Stones River Town Centre on May 30 2023 after almost 13 of service. Stones River Town Centre was formally Stones River Mall and was rebranded as Stones River Town Centre a few years ago when Sterling Organization assumed ownership. I began working for Dynamic Security at Stones River Mall in June 2010 after retiring from Bridgestone-Firestone in Lavergne Tennessee after 22 years. When I went to work at the mall I was a part-time officer averaging 32 hours a week. Stones River Mall was a thriving medium sized mall then. It had recently gone through an extensive remodeling and expansion in 2008 and it was under different ownership at that time. There were no empty tenant spaces as I recall. It remained this way for a number of years. I loved working at the mall, although dealing with unruly teens and customers could be very stressful at times.
