    In January 1986 I was picked for jury duty in the county where I live. This was the first and only time I have ever served on jury duty. Some people don't like serving on juries and try to avoid it if they can but I was looking forward to it. I thought that it would be interesting and I was curious to see how the jury system worked. My service would be for the entire month of January and during that time I was only on two criminal trials but was on numerous civil trials. On civil trials the plaintiff only has to prove 51% of their case in order to win. Two of these civil trials really stood out in my mind. A woman who was struggling to make ends meet was sued by a bank because her ex husband bought a pick-up truck after they were divorced. Her ex husband allowed the truck to be repossessed by the bank for non payment. The bank couldn't get their money from the ex husband because he wasn't working so they went after the ex wife for payment. She was using the same bank th

 Much has been made about the Transgender Day Of Visibility falling on Easter Sunday March 31, 2024. The left wants us to think that it falls on every March 31st and it just happened to fall on Easter this year. What they don't tell you is that although this holiday has been unofficially recognized since 2009 it was Joe Biden that signed an executive order in 2021 officially declaring it a holiday but no one really knew that much about it until the White House announced it with much fanfare a few day before this Easter 2024. In addition the White House banned children from having any religious symbols on their Easter eggs this year at the annual Easter Egg Roll. Why transgenders need a day of visibility makes no sense to me because that is all we hear about these days.    A few days ago I was talking to a very nice man while we were eating at Cracker Barrel. He told me that his son had died of fentanyl poisoning. It suddenly occurred to me that his son and my son were murdered by the Chinese Communist party. Fentanyl is manufactured in China and Mexico by the CCP for the sole purpose of killing Americans. It is being smuggled into our country through the Mexican cartel. I have several friends and acquaintances that have lost loved ones due to fentanyl poisoning and to Covid. Well over 100,000 people die in America every year of fentanyl poisoning. Over one million have died from the Covid 19 virus which was responsible for the death of my son in August 2021. Buford Tune is on the left in this picture  We all remember waking up on Christmas morning in 2020 to the news that a massive bomb was detonated in downtown Nashville. An RV exploded on Second Avenue causing massive damage to a roughly one block area north of Commerce Street. Luckily the only person killed was the idiot who made the bomb. Did you know, however; that the largest car bomb ever found on the North American continent was discovered just twenty minutes before it was timed to explode on August 31, 1979?     Christmas was a big deal for me growing up in Nashville during the 1950's and early 1960's. After the excitement of discovering what Santa had brought us that morning we would all get ready and drive over to my grandparents house in East Nashville for Christmas dinner and opening more presents. Alexander Trachtenberg - Activist in the Communist Party USA  Bella Dodd was a teacher, lawyer, and labor union activist. She was a member of the Communist Party USA and the New York Teachers Union in the 1930's and 40's. Dodd was one of the most radical Communists in America until the mid 1940's when she began to see the corruption and hypocrisy of Communism.
