D.E.I. - THE JIM CROW OF THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY

 On December 15, 2023 my wife fell in our ditch while trying to get the mail. Without realizing it she somehow ruptured her liver and was bleeding internally. We did not realize how seriously injured she was until I found her lying on our bedroom floor very early on Monday morning the 18th. I called 911 and had her sent by ambulance to Vanderbilt University hospital ER which in my view is one of the best hospitals in the country. They rushed her into surgery and afterwards we were told that her chances of survival was virtually zero but they promised that they would do everything in their power to save her life and they held to their promise. By God's grace and some very professional doctors and medical staff in the trauma unit she survived. She has progressed so well that she is now in the Vanderbilt Stallworth rehabilitation facility and is slated to go home soon. One night as I boarded an elevator I noticed a D.E.I. sign. D.E.I. stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I was so angry when I saw the sign that my first impulse was to rip it down but it was locked in a glass frame. To me this is the modern Whites Only sign that blacks were forced to tolerate in the Democrat managed states during the Jim Crow era. Instead of Whites Only the sign should read people of color only, or lesbian women. homosexual men, or transgender. I know for a fact that under D.E.I. qualified straight white people are being passed over for promotion or not being hired in favor of less qualified people of color, sex and transgender because I have talked to these people. All Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King, John Lewis and other fighters for civil rights wanted was a n equal playing field. The same could be said of the early feminists. Not the modern day feminists. Legislation gave them the equal playing field they were seeking. Now the Fascists/ Marxists are instituting a new form of discrimination. We can't remedy the injustices of the past that was rigged against black people, women and homosexuals by instituting a system rigged against straight white people or any people, regardless of ethnic background who oppose the leftist establishment. The NBA, the NFL and the NHL don't use D.E.I. policies They hire the most talented players. This is why the NBA and NFL are dominated by black players. The NHL is dominated by white players. Racism has nothing to do with it. Until now our doctors, nurses, medical technicians and airplane pilots were required to be the very best. Just like the NFL, NBA and the NHL picks the best. The color of their skin, who they sleep with, or what type of genitalia resides between their legs should not determine whether they are hired or not. I want the best and so should you.. Just like the medical staff that saved my wife's life. With D.E.I. this will change and my prediction is that our future will be dark, no pun intended.

 Diversity used to mean that people of different backgrounds were free to join a group or association. Equity used to mean enforcing equal standards for all individuals and groups. Inclusion used to mean allowing people of every background and identity to participate in a group or association. Now Diversity, Equity and Inclusion means one thing. Applying unequal standards to insure preferential outcomes for individuals and groups based on race, sex and gender identity. If you really think that D.E.I. programs are really in place to make universities and corporations more diverse, equitable and inclusive just try having open discussion about it on your computer message boards or with others in person. Ask them if everyone regardless of race, sex or gender should be treated the same and see how you will be treated. You will be shouted down, shunned, reprimanded, or possibly fired. I was fired as a supervisor for reprimanding a transgender male. D.E.I. is about one thing and one thing only. Advancing people in society who are not white, heterosexual and male at the expense of white males regardless of their respective qualifications. The argument is that white males have dominated for too long. If this is the case what about all the homosexuals, blacks, women and Hispanics born to privilege in this country? Should they benefit from the D.E.I. program? When do we know that we have reached the D.E.I. goal? We can't reach that goal because it doesn't exist any more than the Communist utopia exists, or Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny exists. The only people that are really benefitting from D.E.I. are the vastly overpaid D.E.I. administrators at our colleges and corporations and all who work under them. They are paid millions to spread division and mistrust among their own employees. They are the most non productive and self destructive thing that a business can do to itself. Businesses think they are trapped. If they don't set up a D.E.I. office that proves to the fascists that they are racist, homophobic, and sexist. On the other hand, if they do set up a D.E.I. office that proves in practice they are racist, homophobic and sexist. The reasoning is if they weren't those things why did they have to set up a D.E.I. office? This is a real "Catch-22". It is a fraud that manufactures and perpetuates victimhood. D.E.I. is saying that black people can't advance on their own. Or women or homosexuals. Without D.E.I. no one can compete against the Goliath that is the white male. Americans of all races are getting along great. Interracial marriage is higher than it has ever been and the vast majority of people don't think about race. As of this moment America is still the land of opportunity but if the left wins it won't be for long. 

 Colleges and Universities are okay with programs like D.E.I. because most are Communist anyway. The corporations are under tremendous pressure, however; from the super wealthy "One World Government" elites who are trying to transfer all the wealth, property and power into their greedy sociopathic hands. These people have met on a yearly basis at the World Economic Forum in Davos Switzerland since 2020 after devising a plan called the Great Reset. People like George Soros, Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, John Kerry, King Charles III of England and other powerful elites. WEF chairman and cofounder Klaus Schwab explained some of the most important goals of the Great Reset in an article he wrote. "COVID 19 lockdowns may be gradually easing but anxiety about the world's social and economic prospects is only intensifying" Schwab wrote. "To achieve a better outcome the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions....Every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed. In short, we need a "Great Reset" of capitalism". There are two components to the Great Reset. The first is a call massive new government social, economic, and welfare spending programs---everything from proposals related to spending trillions on the Green New Deal and European Green New Deal to basic income programs and government run health care. The second is a social credit score called ESG which stands for Environmental, Social and Government. This is what is driving so many corporations to go "Woke". The WEF has devised this social credit score in conjunction with the regular credit score. You might have the greatest credit score in the world but if your ESG score is low you wont be able to get loans. They score you on how much that you advance the left wing agenda. Such as the radical homosexual agenda, radical feminism climate change and D.E.I. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. If we don't put a stop to this soon sooner or later individuals citizens like you and I will be under the ESG social credit score. China is their model which keeps tight control over it's population. This is not the first time that a small cartel of wealthy elites put together a system that would have far reaching negative impact on the American people and the world. 

 In November 1910 a small group of super wealthy New Yorkers met at Jekyll Island Georgia. The meeting was super secret and if they were discovered by the press their cover story would be that they were there on a duck hunt. Like the super wealthy elites that devised the Great Reset they were there to create a central banking system for the United States called the Federal Reserve. Senator Nelson Aldrich who was the Republican Whip and head of the powerful Senate Finance Committee was there. He was also the maternal grandfather of Vice President Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller. Others there were Abraham Andrew assistant secretary of the treasury, Frank Vanderlip, president of the National City Bank of New York, which is now Citibank. Henry Davidson, senior partner of the J.P. Morgan company, Charles Norton, president of the First National Bank of New York, Benjamin Strong, head of J.P. Morgan's Bankers Trust Company. Three years later when the Federal Reserve was established by law in 1913 he became the first president of the Federal Reserve. Paul Warburg was there who was an expert on the European central banking system. He was a German immigrant and a partner with Kuhn-Loeb and Company. Warburg was also a representative of the Rothschild's banking dynasty in England and France. Paul Warburg was one of the richest men in the world and "Daddy Warbucks" of Little Orphan Annie fame was modeled after him. These seven men represented one fourth of the worlds wealth. Like the Great Reset the Federal Reserve had two components. Their goal was to make themselves richer and more powerful than they already were and to devise a system where the Federal Reserve would be able to provide our government leaders with a limitless supply of money to finance their political ventures. The Federal Reserve has been responsible for every economic downturn that this country has suffered since it was passed into law in 1913 according to many notable economists. Every time America has had a central bank we have suffered economically. Primarily through inflation. The Federal Reserve can print all the money that it wants to and this is a primary source of inflation which is an unfair tax against the poor. America had a central bank during the American Revolution which is why the Continental currency was worthless because of inflation. This led to the saying "not worth a Continental". For this reason the Founding Fathers wrote it into our Constitution that our currency should be based on something of value like silver and gold. I bring up the Federal Reserve as an example of how a small group of selfish elites can devise such a system that effects us all in a negative way in the same way that a small group of evil elites have devised the Great Reset. 

What the Federal Reserve does and does not do. 

1. It is incapable of accomplishing it's stated objective which is to provide the nation with a safer, more flexible, and more stable monetary and financial system

2. It is a cartel operating against the public interest. A cartel is defined as an association of manufacturers or suppliers with the purpose of maintaining prices at a high level and restricting competition:

3. It is the supreme instrument of usury. Usury is defined as the illegal action or practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest:

4. It generates our most unfair tax which is inflation. Inflation is defined as the sustained increase in a nation's money supply

5. It encourages war.

6. It destabilizes the economy.

7. It is an instrument of totalitarianism.

The ultimate goal of the Great Reset is to reestablish a medieval serf system. A world where every aspect of our lives will be controlled by the elites. They will control what we eat, how we dress, how far we can travel and how we travel. They will own everything and we will own nothing, and we will like it according to a Danish member of parliament named Ida Auken when she was asked by the WEF to make a prediction about the year 2030. She wrote an article entitled (Welcome To 2030, I Own Nothing, Have No Privacy, and  Life Has Never Been Better). In the article she wrote that "I don't own anything, I don't own a car, I don't own a house. I don't own any appliances or any clothes. It might seem odd to you, but it makes perfect sense for us in this city {in 2030}. Everything you considered a product, has now become a service. We have access to transportation, accomodation, food and all the things we need in our daily lives. One by all these things became free, so it ended up not making sense for us to own much. Once in a while I get annoyed about the fact that I have no real privacy {in 2030}. Nowhere I can go and not be registered . I know that, somewhere, everything I do, think and dream of is recorded. I just hope that nobody will use it against me". When you think about it this sounds a lot like the life of the Antebellum slaves who were taken care of by their Democrat masters, minus the eavesdropping and modern technology. 

 For me this is the ultimate nightmare scenario. For someone to be so naive and flippant about trading their personal sovereignty and liberty for a false sense of security provided by all powerful state is incredible. My liberty and that of my family is more valuable than life itself. Americans are beginning to wake up but their awakening is happening too slow for me. We are being divided into the oppressor class and the oppressed. Straight white male Conservatives, Conservative blacks, Conservative homosexuals, Conservative white women and Conservative Christians are the oppressors. Democrat people of color, Democrat homosexuals and transsexuals are the oppressed. The old Marxists went by economic class. The Bourgeoisie vs. the proletariat. The modern cultural Marxist is about skin color, how many babies can be murdered, destroying the patriarchy and who people choose to have sex with and what sex they think they are. The old economic Marxists still have much in common with the cultural Marxists. Both were and are out to destroy the family and the church. If you weaken these two things the government and the Fascists/Marxists become more powerful. In these two areas the cultural Marxists have enjoyed much greater success than the classical Marxists. Society is on the eve of destruction. 

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it on to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same.
